summer vacation

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASSES are over for this school year as of Wednesday, May 12th. During this past year over 40 people of the parish worked hard in many different roles providing religious education to our parish children. The students attended faithfully, many being brought to class by their parents. Overall, the students studied well, attended school masses faithfully and participated in the Masses very well.
Now that classes are over for the summer, the real test begins. Are the students going to attend Mass on weekends? “Thou shall keep holy the Sabbath.” Are the students going to show up to be readers, lectors, or ushers? Can all families with school age children be urged to attend Mass faithfully as a family? Please grow in your love of God!
